These things popped up at the New York Toy Fair and apparently have already hit the shelves. If you look closely at the blaster, you can tell it is basically a Jolt that has been reconfigured.
The package says it has a firing range of fifteen feet, and the low range probably is due to a combo of ammo, air restrictor and dart fit. Modding Jolts to an inline configuration is somewhat popular since it allows them to be integrated easily to other blasters. This could be a great alternative to doing that mod.
The price looks to be around $10.
